What payment options do you have?

The shop accepts Paypal payments.

When do you ship out orders?

I ship out orders every Wednesday of the week. Please be patient with your items as it will be packed and shipped from the Philippines. If you need them ASAP, please take in consideration the shipping time and order as early as possible. 

What shipping methods do you use?
I use MyKartero to ship out international mails.

What is the estimated shipping time for my orders?
The estimated delivery is within 10-20 working days. 

Do my orders have tracking numbers?
Yes! Of course. I will send them to you once your order has been shipped.

Is the shipping cost included in the price already?
Nope! Shipping cost is separate from the price of each product. You'll see it in your total. It depends on the total weight of your order.

Do you offer gift-wrapping or custom notes?
Yes! Let me know in your order or in the notes section at checkout!

Do you accept returns and refunds?
Unfortunately, I do not accept refunds. Due to the high production and shipping costs, all items are non-returnable or non-exchangeable once shipped to the buyer.

I received a damage item. What do I do with it?
All items are carefully checked as they are made to order (except the charms). But as they are items made by one person (me), please excuse some minor imperfections especially the stickers but rest assured that all items are in mint condition prior to shipping. On the rare occasions where some are damaged due to unforeseen circumstances, send me an email through the form or contact me at allyrcr@gmail.com and we'll discuss it.

Can I resell your stuff in my school / area / small shop?
I'm sorry but my products are not available for re-sell.
